About PivotBank
Your bank statements never leave your browser
PivotBank converts bank statement PDFs into Excel, CSV, and JSON using JavaScript that runs entirely inside your browser tab. No file uploads, no server processing, no data retention. Privacy is not a feature we bolt on — it is the architecture.
The Problem
Bank statements contain your most sensitive data
Most bank statement converters ask you to upload your PDF to their servers. That means your full transaction history — salaries, rent, medical payments, subscriptions — is sitting on someone else's infrastructure, often with vague privacy policies and no clear data deletion timeline.
Our Solution
Process everything on-device
PivotBank uses a client-side JavaScript PDF parser that extracts transaction data directly in your browser. The PDF file is read from your local disk into browser memory, parsed, and converted into your chosen format. At no point does any statement data leave your device. When you close the tab, the data is gone.

How It Works
Three steps, zero uploads
01
Drop your PDF
Drag and drop your bank statement PDF or click to browse. The file is read directly into your browser's memory.
02
Review transactions
PivotBank extracts dates, descriptions, amounts, and balances. Review the parsed data in a clean table before exporting.
03
Export your format
Download as Excel (.xlsx), CSV, or JSON. Files are generated in your browser and saved directly to your device.
