1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PivotBank (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
PivotBank is a browser-based tool that converts bank statement PDFs into Excel (XLSX) and CSV spreadsheets. PDF files are parsed entirely client-side in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers. When you unlock a statement with a one-time payment, you additionally receive transaction categorisation, spending insights, and JSON export, and the extracted transaction data (never the original PDF) is saved to your account so you can re-download it.
3. Usage Tiers & Limits
| Tier | Daily Page Limit | Features |
|---|---|---|
| Anonymous | 3 pages | Excel & CSV export |
| Free Account | 10 pages | Excel & CSV export |
| Unlocked Statement | Every page | Excel, CSV, JSON + Insights |
Limits are measured per calendar day in UTC. We reserve the right to adjust limits with reasonable notice.
4. Payments
4.1 One-Time Statement Unlocks
PivotBank is free to use within the daily page limits described above. To unlock a single statement, converting every page with no cap, plus JSON export, categorisation, and insights, you make a one-time payment processed via Stripe. Each unlock applies to one statement only. There is no subscription and no recurring charge; you are billed only when you choose to unlock a statement. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by currency.
4.2 Refunds
Because a statement unlock delivers the converted data immediately, one-time unlock purchases are non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue with an unlock, contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that parsed transaction data will be 100% accurate. You are responsible for verifying exported data before use in financial, legal, or accounting contexts.
8. Limitation of Liability
