Privacy first

Unlike other converters, PivotBank opens your Barclays statement on your device. The file is never uploaded, and only the transaction lines can ever be sent, with your name, address and account number stripped out first.

We never see your PDF. The only data we store is the extracted transactions of statements you explicitly choose to unlock and save to your account, which you can delete anytime.

Barclays statement questions

Where do I download my Barclays statement as a PDF?

In Barclays online banking, open the account, choose Statements and documents, then download the month you need as a PDF. The Barclays app offers the same under Statements on the account screen.

Is my Barclays statement uploaded to your servers?

No. The PDF is opened on your device, including OCR for scanned pages, and the spreadsheet is written on your device. Only statements you explicitly unlock and save to an account are stored, and only as extracted transaction data, never the PDF itself.

Does it work with Barclaycard and business accounts?

Yes. Barclaycard statements, Barclays Business and Premier statements all use layouts the parser reads, and the running balance is carried through so the spreadsheet reconciles against the statement.

How far back can I convert?

As far back as you have PDFs. Barclays limits how much history its CSV export covers, but a PDF from any year converts the same way, including statements for accounts that are now closed.
